Hey!

My name is Nicky, I was planning on sailing from Lisboa to Las Palmas and then across. It would be my first ocean crossing, but I have experience from sailing and windsurfing in Norway. I'd love to join, I speak a lot of languages that might come in handy (Norwegian, German, French, Russian, Italian and English).

Hope to hear from you!

SORRY LOOKING FOR COUPLE OR TWO FRIENDS

Hi there,

What's your boat like?

better that yours...

Wow, that's kind of rude.

no ....how can you ask without an introduction .  RUDE on your side, over and out

I said "Hi there" and asked a simple question. I did not say I wanted to be part of your crew. I just wanted to know what boat you were using for the trip. Also, you are bouncing everybody and you didn't say you were looking for a couple or pair of friends on your introduction. Furthermore you don't say what boat it is. You are my first contact with anybody on this site and I was nice asking my question. I hope the next people I meet are nicer...

Pretty rude attitude...

If you have used Float Plan to find a boat or a crew member, or had a good experience using the website, being part of the community or you just love what we are trying to do (make sailing accessible to everyone), I would really appreciate a quick note that I could use as a testimonial on the new website. Thank you, Andrew
