The beautiful 120 ft ketch Infinity will spend early 2016 in the Philippines for a well-deserved extensive refit and maintenance after 10 years of cruising the seas. She'll look better than ever and ready for another few years of awesome adventures with amazing crew.

June 1st we will set sail from Manila to Papua New Guinea, one of our favorite countries. We will welcome a film crew for a Norwegian childrens TV show on board and make our way to the Solomon Islands and Vanuatu with them.

Vanuatu is a country that offers everything for everyone; unique nature, roaring volcanos, the nicest people, beautiful South Pacific beaches, and great diving. So we are inviting crew to join us as we take our time to explore this beautiful country.

From Vanuatu we head back to Papua New Guinea by the end of 2016 where we will explore all aspects from one of the last undiscovered frontiers in the world. From cultural festivals, untouched islands, and pristine reefs this will be an amazing opportunity to discover this part of the world.

Our next destination is Pohnpei in Micronesia. Hardly visited since the Japanese tourism died following the recession since the 90's, this will be a great place for world-class surfing and great diving. The island itself is a lush green paradise, with the historical ruins of the ancient city Nan Madol as a star attraction.

We set sail further East to find the Marshall Islands. Small remote atolls in the azure Pacific, we will sail to the hard to reach outer atolls of this country. A highlight for divers will be the many wrecks to be found at Bikini Atoll.

Then it is time to trade the warmth for more moderate climate as in May 2017 we sail North to Dutch Harbor, Alaska.
From there is time to start the adventure of a lifetime, a sail through the Northwestern Passage. Making our way north past Nome, we will follow the Beaufort Sea to the north of Alaska and Canada. From there we will enter the many channels and bays that make up the Northwestern Passage. The Northwestern Passage trip will end in Nuuk, the capital of Greenland.

Infinity usually sails with 16 guest crew in comfortable and spacious single double or twin cabins. The captain, first mate, dive instructor, cook, and pirate crew run operations while everyone participates with every aspect of life at sea on a voluntary basis. We cook three delicious meals a day, have sheets and towels, and for longer trips may do communal laundry. Free sailing, cooking and yoga classes are available by request to everyone onboard. The ship is also a live-aboard dive centre and expedition participants can earn PADI and SSI dive certifications up to Dive Master, additional costs apply. Infinity is a diverse, multicultural community and home to family. Children of all ages are always part of the adventure, and kids under 12 get 70% discount.

For prices of the trip please see our website. If you join for 30 days or longer, you will receive our discounted long-term rate of 59 EUR/day.

Our goal is to be involved in environmental and sustainability promoting activities. In the past we’ve worked with PCRF, Greenpeace, Birdlife International, Reefcheck and

If you have used Float Plan to find a boat or a crew member, or had a good experience using the website, being part of the community or you just love what we are trying to do (make sailing accessible to everyone), I would really appreciate a quick note that I could use as a testimonial on the new website.
